Privacy Policy

Wrong Drive Racing Car is a locally-operated game. We do not directly collect or store personal data on our own servers. The following data is managed within the App:

• Local game data: Your best score, total coins, music preference, and equipped item states are saved via Android SharedPreferences on your device only.
• No registration required: The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information.
• No user-generated content: The App does not allow uploading, posting, or sharing any content.

Wrong Drive Racing Car uses Google AdMob to serve rewarded video advertisements (for jumps, lifelines, and shop coins). AdMob may automatically collect certain data to deliver and personalise ads, which may include:

• Device identifiers – Advertising ID, Android ID
• Network information – IP address, approximate location (country/region level)
• Device details – Device type, OS version, language
• Ad interaction data – Impressions, clicks, reward completions
• App diagnostics – Usage and performance data

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App presents a consent form via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before displaying ads. This form allows you to:

• Accept or decline personalised advertising
• Understand which ad partners may receive your data
• Withdraw or update your consent at any time

If personalised advertising consent is declined, only non-personalised ads will be shown.

Locally stored game data is used solely to:

• Save your progress, best score, and coin balance across sessions
• Remember in-game preferences such as music and equipped items
• Provide the rewarded ad experience (jumps, lifelines, shop coins)

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data. Data may be shared only in these limited circumstances:

• Google AdMob: Ad-serving data handled by Google under their own privacy policy (see Section 2).
• Legal obligation: Disclosure may occur if required by law or in response to a valid legal request.

No other third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or crash-reporting services are integrated in the current version of this App.

Wrong Drive Racing Car is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information. Google AdMob can serve family-safe, non-personalised ads where required by applicable law (e.g. COPPA).

All game state (scores, coins, preferences) is stored locally on your Android device using Android's SharedPreferences mechanism. This data:

• Never leaves your device through our systems
• Is protected by your device's standard Android security model
• Will be deleted if you uninstall the App or clear App data via Android Settings

We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect the App, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

• Access or request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict data processing
• Withdraw advertising consent at any time (see Section 3)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

The App includes a "Rate the Game" feature that may open the Google Play Store listing. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
